Donation terms

1. Recipient of donations

Donations made through this website, or to bank details we provide, go to the HEAVEN ON EARTH Foundation, IDNO 1016620002738, Republic of Moldova. The Foundation was founded by the Corcodel family and is a legally independent non-profit organisation. Donations go exclusively into the foundation’s account and are used only for its purposes.

2. Nature of the donation

A donation is a voluntary gift with nothing given in return: you receive no goods or services in exchange. Funds are used for the foundation’s programmes and initiatives or, if you choose a specific campaign, for that campaign. If a campaign raises more than its target, the surplus goes to the closest related programme, and this is published in the campaign report.

3. Monthly donations

A monthly donation can be stopped at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, through the contact form or, once available, via the link received by email.

4. Mistakes and refunds

If you donated by mistake (wrong amount, double payment), write to us within 30 days and we will refund you.

5. Confirmation and transparency

On request, we send you a confirmation of your donation. All donations appear, aggregated, in the monthly Public Register; your name appears only with your consent.

6. Tax matters

The tax treatment of a donation depends on your country and situation. For deductions, please consult your accountant; we will provide the documents you need.

7. Safety

We never ask for money through private messages, phone calls or in cash on the street. If someone does so in our name, please let us know through the contact form.
